Hi Nordic team,
We have just received our PCB prototypes with nRF52840 chip. While testing BLE functionality we found that the BLE is very weak. The connection is lost within 4/5 meters. We used to use nRF52833 and the range was a lot bigger. I set the TX power to +8 and this improved the range a bit but not as we need for our application.
Is there any suggestion you can help us with to try in the software to improve the connectivity?
