nrf5340 bricked after being programmed with a Mac M1

Hello,

We have a pre-production design of a custom board that has an nRF5340 on it. We have built and programmed about 60 boards of this design without any issues using Macs with Intel processors. Yesterday, we tried to program two boards using an M1 Mac which resulted in the devices getting stuck in a state were we can't even erase them or recover them using nrfjprog. JLinkExe also fails to connect. We have the latest nRF Command line tools as well as the latest JLink binaries but haven’t been able to recover these devices. Are you aware of any issues programming nRF5340 with M1 Macs? I've attached the logs from nrfjprog -f NRF53 --log --eraseall and nrfjprog -f NRF53 --log --recover. Voltage levels look (VTref=3.315V) fine and we have RESET pulled high through a 10k ohm resistor.

I should also note that the same M1 laptop is able to program nRF52s without any issues.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Diego
