Nordic PPK2 not measuring constant current correctly

Hello,

I've been playing around with the PPK2. However, when I power a 1KR resistor with 3V I get an incorrect measurement.

The Expected current is 3/1000=3mA, I also read this from my multimeter. The PPK however, settles at 180uA. Is this an individual problem with my PPK2? I've also tried to connect the ground to the low side of the resistor with no luck.

Any help would be appreciated Slight smile

  • Thanks for your reply Kazi,

I'm pretty sure I did setup the PPK correctly. I'm measuring in the Ampere meter Mode. Pretty much every sampling rate gives me the same results. When I cycle the "Enable power output" option it temporarily gives out a correct reading but then the current seems to collapse after about 3.3 seconds. This collapse doesn't read on either the power supply or multi-meter I've connected to it.

After it's collapse it stabilizes at 100uA until a power cycle from the PPK. If I cycle the power at the PSU, it picks up at 500uA and then collapses immediately  to 100uA as you can see in the picture below. I'll also upload this dataset here.
