Device could not communicating always ,some time getting time out error while trying to send some thing .

Can you post the full Wireshark sniffer files (along with the network keys if these are not the default ones)? 

It looks like the message is not ACKed by the receiver, and it is being retransmitted.

Is it correct that the receiving node is a child device? Did the device rejoin to the same parent, and does it have the same address?

I'm not able to read the sniffer trace, it just shows UNKNOW protocol. Did you capture this using the nRF IEEE 802.15.4 sniffer tool?

It is working fine for me. It has captured by wire shark tools.

I see that you are using Wireshark, but my question was if you are using nRF Sniffer for 802.15.4 as your sniffer device, or a solution from another vendor? If it is from another vendor, you may have some additional tools installed or Wireshark configuration to dissect the packets.

yes, i am using nRF Sniffer for 802.15.4 .

I managed to resolve the issue by updating to the latest version of Wireshark.

Will have a look at the sniffer trace to see if I can find out what is going on.

Device rejoining successfully with parent and i can see both parent and child's request and response are getting well. But if we trying to send some packets/data it is not  getting transmitted. Due to creation of new IP address. I can see while rejoining  getting different IP for child and when we configuring the device with the new IP it's working  (using command process) fine again.

Could you let me know what may the cause because every time  the newly generated IP need to be configure to transmit packets?

Is it possible to configure IP over code?

Are you using the ML-EID address to send the packets? This address is randomly generated after commission, but will be stored in flash and should not change as long as the device is not commissioned again. See this post for more details, and this page about general addressing in OpenThread.
