NRF Connect for Desktop is not detecting the target Device.

Hello

I have installed NRF Connect for Desktop in my system (64bit, i3 CPU). I want to debug my custom hardware using the nRF9160 Development Kit. I have connected the nRF9160 Development Kit with my system and opened the nRF Connect for Desktop app but it doesn't detect the debugger port while JLink is detecting.

Please Provide some solutions regarding my issue as early as possible.

Is the nRF9160 DK operating as expected and detected by the programmer app by itself? As stated in the DK user guide, (Debug Output section) "the voltage supported by external debugging/programming is the VDD voltage. This voltage can be selected to 1.8V or 3V using the slide switch SW9 (next to the power switch on the DK). Make sure the voltage level of the external board matches the VDD of the nRF9160 DK". Since you don't that might explain why it's not able to detect your external boards. You might need a dedicated J-Link device to be able to debug/program at other voltages than this.

Hi

The same custom board is detected on another system(PC). Is there any software installation issue? What do you say?
