SUPL- client license application denied

My application for the SUPL client license was denied - what can I do to get this accepted.

    Hello Bill,

    have you followed all the steps described below?

    • You must meet the general eligibility criteria of the library license agreement
    • You must be registered to the DevZone with the same email adress as used when applying for this license
    • You must have logged in to that DevZone account less than 4 weeks prior to applying for a license.

    Sometimes it helps to re-login to your Devzone account before signing up.

    Let me know if that doesn’t solve the issue.
